This is our formal assurance that our products will meet or exceed expected standards:

      For crowns and bridges, we provide replacement and repairs within three years of insertion.

      For new dentures, we provide replacements and repairs within one year of insertion.

Please note that repairs and replacements are only honoured if problems arise under normal usage conditions and that those guarantee does not apply to incoming cases that do not meet predetermined standards (dentists will be notified in such cases). Moreover, all crowns, bridges and dentures must be returned before replacement. Implant and attachment components are covered under manufactures warranty.

Payment

Payment is due 30 days from the statement date. We accept MasterCard and Visa for account payments and are happy to arrange preauthorized credit card payments.

In cases of outstanding balance, interest will be applied at 1.5% per month starting 60 days from the statement date.
