Full and Partial Acrylic Dentures

Our lab is BPS® certified. The SR Ivocap system we use is a heat/pressure injection technique, which compensates for shrinkage of acrylic by the in flowing of material during processing. As a result of this process and the material used this high quality denture has greater fracture-resistance and more strength.

Cast Partial Dentures

Composition of the metal used in castings are Remanium*GM80. It is Nickel-Free, Beryllium-Free and Iron-Free. We cast using a Bego Nautalis micro controller-controlled vacuum pressure-casting machine, which provides accurate, reliable castings from an oxygen-reduced atmosphere.

Nightguards and Sportsguards

Nightguards: Thermoplastic (Bruxeze) is an elastic resin that is considerably softer at mouth temperature.

Sportsguards: Pro-form™, a unique two-layered construction that provides retention, protection, and comfort.

Repairs and Relines

Most repairs and relines can be done within the same day if it is received by 11am with a return time after 3pm.

Laser Welder

We are among the few local labs who offer laser welding. The benefits of this service, which extend beyond those of the most commonly used white gold solders, include stronger and more accurate welds that resist corrosion and are therefore more biocompatible.
