The composition of the metal used in our castings is Wironit Extra Hard. It is Nickel-Free, Beryllium-Free and Iron-Free. We cast using a Bego Nautalis micro controller-controlled vacuum pressure-casting machine, which provides accurate, reliable castings from an oxygen-reduced atmosphere.

Laser Welder

We are among the few local labs who offer laser welding. The benefits of this service, which extend beyond those of the most commonly used white gold solders, include stronger and more accurate welds that resist corrosion and are therefore more biocompatible.
